Mack Engineering's 32,000 square foot manufacturing facility contains well-maintained and modern production machines chosen
specifically for their productivity and ability to hold close tolerance.
Mack Engineering Corporation has made a commitment of safety, service, and quality to both our employees and customers.
In order to maintain this commitment, we have an extensive preventative maintenance program that insures our machinery remains in a safe and functional condition.
Our facility features over 40 machines capable of handling material up to 2-5/8" in diameter and a work envelope of 24”x 40” x
12”.
Equipped with a full line of attachments, these machines can perform; drilling, boring, reaming, turning, milling, thread milling, threading, cross drilling, broaching, tapping, and screw slotting. Mack Engineering has extensive experience in the processing of aluminum, steel, stainless steel, plastics and various other exotic materials.
Mack Engineering’s operators have a wide range of experience in many types of materials and can hold tolerances as close as .0003”
in certain applications. An extremely clean and organized shop environment makes us ideal for producing parts with cosmetic or cleanliness finish requirements.
Turning
Turning operations are performed on precision CNC turning centers and Sliding Head stock CNC swiss lathes. Our CNC lathes are
based on advances made in technology which revolutionized manufacturing standards.
Most are equipped with live tools and sub spindle capabilities, which eliminates costly second operations and handling. All of our CNC lathes are equipped with hydrostatic or magazine bar feeders which reduce load time and vibration, allowing closer tolerances, better finishes, and greater machine efficiency. Quicker setups make CNC lathes ideal for short to medium production runs.
Milling
Milling operations are performed on precision horizontal, and vertical machining centers. Some are fitted with pallet changers and indexers for greater
flexibility in machining. Mack Engineering can design and develop custom work holding fixtures that allow multiple part processing for faster cycle times and increased efficiency.
Manual Machining & Assembly
Mack Engineering prides itself on being a full-service facility.
In addition to our modern manufacturing equipment, we offer a full range of traditional manual machining processes and assembly capabilities.
