Quality is pivotal at Mack Engineering. As a manufacturer of high tolerance precision components, we are passionate about quality. Our passion for providing superior products has been recognized by many of our major commercial customers. At Mack Engineering we understand that achieving superior quality is a team effort. We reach our goals through constant communication, training and dedication at all levels of our organization. We value problem prevention not detection.
Mack Engineering offers several advantages:
ISO 9001:2000 Registration
ISO 9001-2000 registered since 2003, Mack Engineering is dedicated to continuous, business-wide improvement and not only meets customer Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) requirements, but has incorporated PPAP elements into internal process plans,- ensuring that our customer's parts achieve the highest quality standards.
Dock-to-stock quality system
From certifying raw materials to completing a final inspection before shipping, we check the quality of every project throughout the entire manufacturing process. We supplement ongoing QA with random sample checks for all parts, ensuring that no errors slip through unnoticed. And because we thoroughly document our QA results, you can receive a shipment at the dock and put it right into stockroom. You won't have to check it internally, because we've done it for you.
Proactive service and support
We've always prided ourselves on proactive service and support to save our clients’ time and money. That's why our first step for every project is to create a comprehensive process plan and failure analysis. By thinking through every step of your project before we even start the machines, we can address any potential issues and prevent problems before they occur.
State-of-the-art equipment
We have more than 20 machines with support equipment in our large, clean, temperature-controlled manufacturing facility in south Minneapolis. All are highly repeatable, and most are less than three years old, making them fast, consistent and easy to maintain. Our equipment is computer numerically controlled (CNC), and every machine has standardized, easily replaceable and fully adjustable components. Last but not least is our cleaning and packaging equipment, with it, we can surpass standards of cleanliness for use in medical, hydraulic and critical environments.
Network of certified suppliers, vendors and specialists
At Mack Engineering, we have long-standing relations with local suppliers, vendors and specialists. Because we’ve certified these resources, you can be assured that the parts you need will be manufactured to the highest standard and ready for use when we deliver them.
